The Model of the Prosecutor’s Activity in Criminal Proceedings as a Determinant of Legal Nihilism

<p>The work is aimed at identifying the prerequisites for formation of legal nihilism among prosecutors. The correlation and actual models prosecutor's activity in criminal proceedings from position influence on consciousness prosecutors was carried out. To achieve purpose research authors conducted an analysis current legislation, law enforcement practice, information posted official websites investigation prosecution bodies, as well a cross-sectional survey by questioning participants proceedings. results allow us to speak about presence conditions inability fully perform their functions, based legislation. In modern conditions, are forced violate or distort practice its application order solve tasks assigned them same law, which indicates not professional unsuitability prosecutors, but inconsistency illogic shortcomings compensate with manifestations nihilism.</p>
